KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is a one-time identity verification process that every renter must complete before their first booking is confirmed.
Why do we require KYC?
KYC is required by Nepalese financial regulations for vehicle rental platforms. It protects both you and our fleet partners — verifying that you are who you say you are, and that you hold a valid driving licence before getting behind the wheel.
What KYC checks

- 3A selfie to confirm the documents belong to you
