Documents Needed for KYC Verification

Have these documents ready before you start your KYC submission to avoid delays.

Required documents

1. 1Government-issued ID — Nepali citizenship card (front & back), passport, or voter ID
2. 2Valid driving licence — front and back, must not be expired
3. 3A clear selfie — taken in the app at the time of submission

Tips for faster approval

1. 1Photograph documents on a dark, flat surface in natural light
2. 2Ensure all text is legible — zoom in to check before uploading
3. 3Do not photograph your screen or a photocopy — use the original document
4. 4Take your selfie in a well-lit area without glasses

Driving licence categories

Your licence must cover the category of vehicle you intend to rent. Category B covers standard cars and SUVs. Heavier vehicles (trucks, minibuses) require additional categories. The required category is shown on each vehicle's detail page.
