How to Delete Your Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your booking history, KYC documents, and profile data will be removed.

Before you delete

  1. 1Complete or cancel any active bookings.
  2. 2Ensure all outstanding payments or deposits are settled.
  3. 3Download any booking receipts you may need for records.

How to delete

  1. 1Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.
  2. 2Read the confirmation message carefully.
  3. 3Enter your password to confirm.
  4. 4Click Delete Account — deletion is processed within 30 days.
