Step-by-step

1. 1Ensure everyone is safe — call 100 (Police) or 102 (Ambulance) if needed.
2. 2Do not move the vehicles until photos are taken.
3. 3Photograph the scene, both vehicles, licence plates, and any damage.
4. 4Exchange name, phone number, and insurance details with the other party.
5. 5Report the accident through the Book Now Nepal app within 2 hours.
6. 6Do not admit liability at the scene.

Reporting

Open the app, go to your active booking, and tap Report an Incident. Attach your photos and a brief description. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including insurance claim filing if applicable.
