How to Modify a Confirmed Booking

You can request changes to a confirmed booking as long as it is more than 24 hours before your pick-up time.

How to request a modification

1. 1Go to Dashboard → My Bookings.
2. 2Select the booking you want to change.
3. 3Click Modify Booking.
4. 4Choose new dates or update any details.
5. 5Submit — the owner will be notified and must approve the change.

Important notes

1. 1Date changes are subject to vehicle availability.
2. 2If the new dates have a different daily rate, you will be charged or refunded the difference.
3. 3Modifications requested less than 24 hours before pick-up may not be accepted.
4. 4The owner has up to 6 hours to respond to a modification request.
