Making Your First Vehicle Booking

Once your KYC is approved, booking a vehicle on Book Now Nepal takes just a few steps.

How to book

1. 1Go to the Vehicles page and enter your pick-up location and dates.
2. 2Browse results and select a vehicle that suits your trip.
3. 3Review the vehicle details, daily rate, and cancellation policy.
4. 4Click Book Now and confirm your dates.
5. 5Complete payment — you are only charged once the owner accepts.
6. 6You'll receive a confirmation email with pick-up instructions.

Before you pick up

Inspect the vehicle with the owner before driving away. Note any existing damage in the app so you are not held responsible for it at drop-off. Take photos if in doubt.
