Fuel Policy — What You're Responsible For

All Book Now Nepal vehicles are provided with a full tank at the start of your rental. You are expected to return the vehicle with the same fuel level.

Your responsibility

1. 1Check and confirm the fuel level in the app at pick-up.
2. 2Pay for all fuel used during your rental.
3. 3Return with the same fuel level shown at pick-up.

If you return with less fuel

A fuel shortfall fee will be deducted from your security deposit. The fee covers the cost of refuelling plus a NPR 500 handling charge.
