Pick-up and Drop-off Process

A smooth handover protects both you and the vehicle owner. Follow these steps at pick-up and drop-off.

At pick-up

1. 1Arrive at the agreed location and time.
2. 2Show the owner your driving licence (physical copy).
3. 3Inspect the vehicle together — check for existing dents, scratches, and damage.
4. 4Document any existing damage in the app with photos before driving away.
5. 5Confirm the fuel level matches what's shown in your booking.

At drop-off

1. 1Return the vehicle to the agreed location at the agreed time.
2. 2Ensure the fuel level matches the level at pick-up.
3. 3The owner will inspect the vehicle — any new damage will be noted.
4. 4Your security deposit is released within 7 business days if the vehicle is returned in good condition.
