Why Was My KYC Submission Rejected?

If your KYC was rejected, you'll receive an email explaining the specific reason. Here are the most common causes.
Common rejection reasons
- 1Blurry or unreadable documents — retake photos in better lighting.
- 2Expired driving licence or ID — renew before resubmitting.
- 3Name mismatch between documents — all documents must show the same legal name.
- 4Incomplete upload — make sure both front and back are submitted.
- 5Poor selfie quality — remove glasses, face the camera directly in good light.
Resubmitting
Fix the issue identified in the rejection email, then go to Profile → Verification and click Resubmit. There is no limit on resubmissions.
