Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both renters and fleet partners.
Renter cancellation
- 1More than 48 hours before pick-up — full refund
- 224–48 hours before pick-up — 75% refund
- 3Less than 24 hours before pick-up — no refund
- 4No-show (failure to pick up without notice) — no refund
Owner cancellation
If a vehicle owner cancels your confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund regardless of timing. We will also prioritise showing you alternative vehicles for the same dates.
How to cancel
- 1Go to Dashboard → My Bookings.
- 2Select the booking and click Cancel Booking.
- 3Confirm cancellation — your refund will be processed automatically.
