Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both renters and fleet partners.

Renter cancellation

  1. 1More than 48 hours before pick-up — full refund
  2. 224–48 hours before pick-up — 75% refund
  3. 3Less than 24 hours before pick-up — no refund
  4. 4No-show (failure to pick up without notice) — no refund

Owner cancellation

If a vehicle owner cancels your confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund regardless of timing. We will also prioritise showing you alternative vehicles for the same dates.

How to cancel

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → My Bookings.
  2. 2Select the booking and click Cancel Booking.
  3. 3Confirm cancellation — your refund will be processed automatically.
